If you are covering the costs of training for your staff you will want to have a training agreement in place so that if the employee leaves within a certain time frame you are not losing out.  This document will ensure that the employee is agreeing beforehand to reimburse you for the costs you have incurred.  This will be on a graduated basis.  This document will be emailed to you as a word document once completed and payment received.
